By browsing this website or booking a trip with Truly Egypt Tours, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

A deposit is required to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance due before departure as outlined at the time of booking. Prices are quoted in US Dollars and are subject to change until a deposit is received. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.

Cancellation policies vary by trip and are detailed on each itinerary page. Generally, cancellations made more than 60 days before departure receive a partial refund, while cancellations within 30 days of departure are non-refundable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they hold a valid passport (with at least six months validity) and any required visas or entry permits. Our concierge team can advise on requirements, but final responsibility for documentation rests with the traveler.

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to travel and for obtaining any recommended vaccinations. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and lost luggage for every journey booked with us.

Guests are expected to respect local customs, laws, and the safety instructions of our guides at all times. Truly Egypt Tours reserves the right to remove any traveler from a tour, without refund, whose behavior endangers the group or violates local regulations.

Truly Egypt Tours acts as an agent for accommodations, transport, and third-party service providers, and is not liable for their acts or omissions. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, strikes, or government action.

All content on this website, including text, images, itineraries, and logos, is the property of Truly Egypt Tours and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our prior written consent.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
